The team check shows in 5 minutes where leadership and team see things differently. Then the Psychological Safety Season guides you for twelve months. It follows the method of Prof. Dr. Utho Creusen and Murk Creusen.
A newer team member spots a problem with a plan proposed by an experienced colleague. What typically happens?
Afterwards, everyone on the team answers on their own.
"You could feel the difference after a few weeks."

We tried the methods right in the team. The long Storming phase I know from other teams never came.
"Finally I can talk about soft skills with numbers."
Especially when things get hectic, everyone now knows who does what and which rules apply.
"You could feel the difference after a few weeks."
We now hand out tasks based on who they suit. Working together has clearly got better.
"We finally have words for what each of us is good at."
There is less friction, and as a leadership team we move a lot faster.

A chapter every month, a short ritual every week. And someone who follows up between meetings.
Everyone answers on their own, 5 minutes. You see where leadership and team read the room differently. That is your starting point.
One narrated chapter a month, each ending in one real team action.
A 10-second anonymous pulse keeps the topic alive between meetings.
In months 3, 6, 9 and 12 your score history shows whether anything has moved.
Kickoff, half-time and finale with the founder or a certified coach.
You learn the method live in a cohort and then run it with a real client team.
The platform measures, reminds and prepares sessions.
Your own team check, templates and a webinar kit to get started.
The next cohort is being planned. The webinar is the best way in.

On more than 25 years of team research. Amy Edmondson (Harvard) showed that teams only learn when they can speak openly. Google’s Project Aristotle found psychological safety to be the most important factor of successful teams. Timothy R. Clark’s four stages (belong, learn, contribute, challenge) serve as the season’s map. Add to that Utho Creusen’s practice with more than 1,000 leaders.
Through a cohort: you book your place directly or talk to Murk for 30 minutes first. In the cohort you experience the Season live and run it with your own practice team. The certificate is a certificate of The Strength Hack, not a state qualification.
