Spent 30 years in the leadership of large retail companies — on the board of OBI AG and in the management of the Media-Saturn-Holding. Since then he has accompanied more than 1,000 leaders and teams. Honorary professor; co-author of "The Strength Hack" (Springer Gabler).
Murk Creusen
Executive coach for leadership teams and founder of The Strength Hack. He turned the method into software that makes strengths, collaboration and psychological safety in teams measurable. Co-author of the book.
