All assessments are mapped onto the Five-Factor Model (Big Five / OCEAN) — the consensus framework from 40 years of personality research. MBTI correlates with Big Five traits at Cohen's d ≈ 0.8–1.2 (McCrae & Costa, 1989). CliftonStrengths ranks are weighted via exponential decay. Scores are normalized via Percentile Equivalence Scoring and displayed on a 0–10 scale where 5 = the population average (7 = clearly above, 3 = clearly below) — every dimension is bipolar, and both poles are healthy.
