How it works

Watch it make a decision.

The landing page shows you what your coach does. This page shows you how — the ranking, the sources, the science. For everyone who wants to look under the hood before trusting it.

The daily pick

You never have to work out where to start.

Every morning it goes through everything you have open and sorts it against a fixed priority scale. One thing comes out the other end. And if none of it beats what you’re already working on, it tells you that instead of inventing a task.

Your focus today

Hand one task over completely.

Week 4 of "Delegate clearly" is the one that counts. Not half a level, not a conversation about it. Take something that is genuinely yours, give it away whole — and don’t take it back the moment it wobbles.

What I reviewed
  • Your path: week 4 of 6, session not started yet
  • 5 tasks in your delegation matrix still waiting
  • Your goal, in your own words: "stop carrying everything"

It works it out. It doesn’t guess.

Every signal carries a fixed priority. Same situation, same decision, every time. The AI writes the message — it never picks it. That’s the only reason the reasoning can be shown to you at all.

It forgets nothing.

What it suggested, what you finished, what you waved off and why. Say "not now" and it stays gone for a week, in the app and in your inbox. Nothing comes at you twice.

One email. At most.

Ignore it and exactly one reminder arrives. Never more than once a day, and for a different reason each time — because tomorrow, different things are due.

How it knows you

It only gets that specific because it knows you.

Bring the assessment you already did, or take Big Five and DISC free here. It all lands on one scale that genuinely compares — and that’s where every suggestion comes from.

Strengths Profile dashboard
01 · Strengths Profile

One profile. Every framework.

Take Big Five or DISC free in the app — or import your existing strengths, type or DISC results in seconds.

  • Big Five IPIP-50 included
  • Import in 30 seconds
  • One unified view — not four PDFs
How it works in detail

Your profile grows as you add more assessments over time — Big Five is included free, no separate purchase. Import takes under 30 seconds via copy-paste from any PDF or text source. Everything is normalized to the same six-dimension framework via Percentile Equivalence Scoring, so results from different assessments become directly comparable.

Team Synergy report
02 · Team Synergy

See who complements whom.

For every pair in your team: synergy, friction and one concrete collaboration tip.

  • Every pair, fully mapped
  • Blind spots surface early
  • One concrete tip per strength pair
How synergy mapping works

Synergy mapping activates the moment two or more team members complete their profiles. For every pair, the platform computes a compatibility score from complementary dimension patterns, surfaces the most likely friction point, and generates one concrete collaboration tip. Blind spots — like a team with no strategic thinkers or no executers — appear automatically at team level.

Soul, Gaps and Shadow.

Built automatically from your profiles together. The one output teams actually pass around.

  • One picture — three truths about your team
  • Shareable in any workshop
  • Updates itself as the team changes
What Soul, Gaps and Shadow mean

Soul captures the collective peak strength — what the team is genuinely excellent at. Gaps shows which of the six universal dimensions are underrepresented, revealing where hiring or role adjustment would add the most leverage. Shadow reveals how the team typically breaks down under high pressure or conflict. Personas update automatically as new members join or update their assessments.

AI Coach conversation
04 · AI Coach

Coaching that already knows your profile.

Every answer stands on your real profile — no generic filler, and you never start from scratch.

  • 24/7, no session booking
  • Multi-assessment grounded
  • Team context always included
What makes this different from ChatGPT

The AI coach has access to your full profile — all assessment results, dimension scores and team context — before you even type a word. Every response references your actual data, not generic productivity advice. Available 24/7 without session booking. The difference from ChatGPT: it knows who you are, what your team looks like, and how your specific strengths interact.

5 = population average · both poles are strengths — there is no "good" end

★ · Matching Compass

One scale. Every assessment. Finally comparable.

Six universal dimensions. Every assessment you or your team already took — read through one shared lens.

  • Anchored in the Big Five model
  • Percentile Equivalence Scoring
  • Coaching becomes precise, not generic
Show methodology

All assessments are mapped onto the Five-Factor Model (Big Five / OCEAN) — the consensus framework from 40 years of personality research. 16-type frameworks correlate with Big Five traits at Cohen's d ≈ 0.8–1.2 (McCrae & Costa, 1989). Rank-based strengths profiles are weighted via exponential decay. Scores are normalized via Percentile Equivalence Scoring and displayed on a 0–10 scale where 5 = the population average (7 = clearly above, 3 = clearly below) — every dimension is bipolar, and both poles are healthy.

How a path is built

Here's exactly how the six weeks are built.

Every path follows a designed arc and cites the published method it stands on. The AI adapts the wording to your profile — the sequence is never improvised.

The arc · 6 weeksDelegate clearly
  1. See the work you took on
  2. Name the level you delegate at
  3. Raise one person’s initiative
  4. Hand one task over for real
  5. Protect it with a ritual
  6. Make it permanent

Delegate clearly

6 weeks

From "it’s faster if I do it myself" to work that actually stays handed over.

For you if work keeps landing on your desk and stalling there — and it feels like you have to carry all of it.

Built on
  • Oncken & Wass, "Who’s Got the Monkey?" (HBR, 1974)
  • Management 3.0 — Seven Levels of Delegation

Focus over firefighting

6 weeks

From "all I do is put out fires" to a protected block for what actually matters.

For you if your day is made of interruptions and the important thing never gets its turn — even though you’re constantly busy.

Built on
  • Covey / FranklinCovey — Time Matrix, Quadrant II
  • Cal Newport — Time Blocking

Lead visibly

6 weeks

From good work nobody notices to leadership that actually gets seen.

For you if you’re doing solid work but feel like you don’t really register in the room.

Built on
  • Herminia Ibarra — the Outsight Principle (2015)
  • Sylvia Ann Hewlett — Executive Presence

Work from your strengths

6 weeks

From a report sitting in a drawer to a strength you deliberately put to use.

For you if you know your assessment report but still spend your days working on weaknesses more than on what comes naturally.

Built on
  • Gallup — the science of CliftonStrengths
  • Peter Gollwitzer — Implementation Intentions (1999)

Written by hand, not generated. Every path stands on published method and has to cite it. The AI adapts the wording to you — never the order. Six weeks that build on each other is something you design once, properly. A model would start over every week.

And how you know it works

Measured against your own baseline.

Pick one or two hard metrics plus one team signal, and compare after four weeks. Team safety can be re-measured directly in the app.

Decisions take days, not weeks

Decision turnaround · stakeholder loops · escalation count

Fewer meetings, more room to work

Meeting hours a week · focused time · status-update overhead

More shipped, less redone

Rework · error costs · cycle time

People stay

Turnover · absenteeism · eNPS / pulse
