What assessments can I use?
Strength Hack offers both built-in assessments and integrations with external platforms:
Built-in Assessments (No external platform needed):
- IPIP-50 Big Five - Free 50-question personality assessment measuring Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism
- IPIP-120 Advanced - Premium 120-question assessment with 30 detailed facets for deeper personality insights (included with Personal AI Coach)
External Assessments (Import your results):
- CliftonStrengths - Identifies your 34 talent themes (paid external assessment, highly recommended)
- VIA Character Strengths - Measures 24 character strengths (free external assessment)
- MBTI - 16 personality types based on 4 dimensions (free versions available online)
Note: For external assessments, you complete them on their respective platforms and import your results into Strength Hack. Our built-in IPIP assessments are taken directly within the app.
How does the free team tier work?
Free users can create teams with up to 5 members. Upgrade any team to Team Workshop (€99/month per team) for unlimited members and advanced team features like AI synergy reports.
How does Team Workshop pricing work?
Team Workshop is priced per team (€99/month per team). If you have multiple teams and want premium features for each, you'll need a separate subscription for each team. You can also keep some teams on the free plan (5 members max) and upgrade only the ones you need.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely on Firebase. We never share your personal information with third parties. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
Why do you need my credit card if I have free prompts?
When you upgrade to a paid plan, we ask for payment information so your AI Coach remains available immediately without interruption after your free prompts. You won't be charged during any free trial period, and you can cancel anytime before being billed.
